This programme is started in the year 2009 and is supported by the Department of Social Defence, Government of Tamilnadu. All children in need of care and protection are delivered services at this centre. All the beneficiaries are rooted through Child Welfare Committees (CWC). Started as a shelter for Juvenile Non-delinquents, the reception unit sponsored provides timely services to the children in distress. Every month the home is inspected by District Judge with Legal Aid Secretary.
